Matthew, the construction manager was very easy to work with from the start. He provided us with detailed estimates and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The construction team was efficient and did a great job installing our new Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The finished floors are beautiful, shine like glass, and add a much needed warmth to our new home. The crown molding and paint were perfect finishing touches to our rooms. At the suggestion of Matthew, we also added a raised white molding and chair-rail to our dining room which gives the room a very elegant look. It was great to be able to move into our home with the projects completed on time and on budget."

"We met Holmestead Properties when we purchased our house from their real estate group. While we loved the house, we were looking for some more room before we moved in. Holmestead's construction team, was able to put on a beautiful family room addition to the back of the house with a half bath before closing. The addition was completed on time and budget. And the room makes the house!
After moving into our home, we called on Holmestead again to help us with moving a washer and dryer to the basement. Everything was completed on time and the team cleaned up after themselves, so that we didn't even know they had been there.
We have fully enjoyed working with both Holmestead Properties real estate and construction teams. Matthew, the construction supervisor, is courteous and responsive. As we continue to find things in our home we want to update, we'll continue to call on the Holmestead Properties to help us."
